Today was better? Ish?
I woke up around 4:30 and obviously did NOT get up then, because ugh, no. I finally fell back asleep and got up around 930. Read, then ran the errands I needed to do so they'd be done before my call with Dusty, my adhd coach.
I think a big influence was I put in earplugs last night, which helped with the background noise like the ticking my ceiling fan makes. But a big hardship was that it's so damn hot so I couldn't get comfortable because I need the weighted blanket to sleep well but it's very very warm (I compromised by putting it only on my legs)
