Day 7 of the great Get Up When I Wake Up experiment

 Today didn't go well. I was really tired and slept until almost 10 and then played on my phone after breakfast. But I've eaten twice today, made a phone call, did stuff for the game I'm going to run, and rode the stationary bike.
